On The Construction Of Small Towns Under The Background Of Integration Of Urban And Rural Development

At present,the development of urban and rural integration in China has reached a critical stage.As the middle ground between cities and rural areas,small towns play a role of agglomeration factor and bridge link in the development of urban and rural integration,and are of great significance for promoting the integration of urban and rural areas and realizing coordinated development.Taking LuHong town as research object,combining the theory of urban and rural areas as a whole,the coordinated development theory and the theory of garden city urban construction theory,using literature method,fieldwork method,data analysis,has carried on the urban and rural integration to LuHong town under the background of research for the construction of small towns.In this paper,a total of five parts,including the research background and research significance of exploration,on the connotation and theoretical basis of digging,LuHong town construction of integration of urban and rural development present situation analysis,the integration of urban and rural development countermeasures of promoting the construction of small towns under the background of research and study conclusion.In this paper,the research conclusion is as follows:(1)the current LuHong town construction of small towns are the main problems are:the infrastructure construction lag,management system and characteristic culture development lag behind.(2)LuHong town small town construction problems mainly include:the cause of shortage of funds and resources,weak consciousness of the scientific outlook on development,political and business cooperation is low,humanistic connotation foundation not firm.(3)the integration of urban and rural development under the background of the countermeasures for promoting the construction of small towns are:strengthen the top-level design,raise the scientific nature of the construction of small cities and towns planning;Improve the development of structure and reasonable construction of regional development system;To build ecological industry,constructs the circulation industry system;Promote urban vitality,promote the transfer of rural population,Broaden the financing channels,increase investment in construction of small towns;Livable new town construction,optimizing the public service supply.
