Comprehensive Evaluation Of Low Carbon Development And Its Influencing Factors In Liaoning Province

With the development of economy,issues such as climate warming and energy crisis has become the main threat to the human society sustainable development.How to reduce carbon emissions,slow down or even stop global warming is an urgent need to solve the problem.In such a background,the concept of low carbon development arises at this historic moment,after the concept of low carbon development is widely accepted,low carbon city construction also gradually become the mainstream of urban planning and construction.China,is the largest developing country,heavy industry output value accounted for more than half of GDP,it can realize the low carbon development of heavy industry to mitigate climate change plays an important role.Liaoning province as a typical heavy industry city in our country,the development pattern of the development of heavy industry cities of our country have an important demonstration and leading.Taking Liaoning province as an example,through to the province of Liaoning in the year of 2006-2015 GDP,carbon intensity,urban green coverage rate,energy elasticity coefficient of carbon emissions,energy consumption per unit GDP,the second industry,the second industry output value quantitative research on the 20 indexes such as the proportion of GDP,against the background of city characteristics of the heavy industry city,using the entropy value method and the calculation method of index weight in the building contains criterion layer and target layer and index layer of low carbon city construction evaluation system.At the same time,to analyze the influence factors of carbon emissions,using grey correlation analysis model of GDP,energy structure,the second industry such as the ratio of GDP contribution of six variables analyzed the influence factors of carbon emissions in the province and the size of the correlation coefficient,the results show that:(1)low evaluation index value was 51.6,and the carbide in Liaoning province according to the assignment set\ "90\",65,40 evaluation language \ "low carbon,medium carbon,high carbon\",suggests that still belongs to the high carbon city,Liaoning province,the consumption of coal,oil and natural gas proportion is higher,there has single energy structure,low energy efficiency,many problems restrict the low-carbon development of Liaoning province,ithas become an important problem to solve in Liaoning province.(2)there are many factors that can affect the carbon emissions,to set the grey correlation analysis further,combined with its own resources,Liaoning province,the development of economic and practical factors such as population,indicates that the correlation factors affecting carbon emissions in Liaoning province from big to small is followed by the second industry contribution to GDP than GDP,population,industrial output value of GDP,consumption level between urban and rural areas,GDP per capita,energy intensity;(3)in view of the existing problems of low carbon development in Liaoning province,from the low carbon technology,low carbon city construction,build low carbon industry,low carbon energy development and carbon financial market building and so on aspects,puts forward the path of the development of low carbon city in Liaoning province,the countermeasures and Suggestions.To improve the present situation of high carbon and low carbon city in Liaoning province has a certain practical guiding significance to the development.
