Analysis Of Problems In The Construction Project Project Criteria And Countermeasures

Since the implementation of the tendering and bidding law in 2000,the bidding system has gone through 16 years of history.The establishment of the bidding system improves the economic efficiency and ensures the quality of the project.With the rapid development of bidding system,I have the bidding system gradually highlights the many problems,in the process of engineering construction bidding,and tend to exist collusion corruption,such as the emergence of these problems seriously hindered the healthy development of bidding system,these problems need to be constantly perfected and improved.Effective as of February 1,2012 promulgated by the state council of the tendering implementation regulations,through the creation of the regulation,we can see that the government the determination of the governance of corruption problem such as collusion,based on this,for the relevant issues were discussed and the research and writing this article.This paper mainly studies the problems of the bidding in the bidding field of engineering construction.First of all,the history of bidding and tendering in our country and the current situation of domestic and foreign bidding system are expounded,and the existing problems in the bidding system are analyzed.Then,through some cases,the author analyzes the causes of the problems such as the phenomenon and the analysis of the behavior of the specimens.Next,it analyzes the harm caused by the problems of the bidding process.Finally,the author puts forward some specific measures to avoid the illegal behaviors such as string bidding in the bidding of construction projects.This paper attempts to establish the necessary mechanism from the institutional environment,the governance mechanism and the standard industry body to suppress the bidding process in the bidding process.
