Study On The Warning Of Land Expropriation Conflict Crisis Based On ISM And RBF Neural Network

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the demand of urban construction land is increasing with the development of social economy all over the world.However,the expansion of urban scale is generally the cost of occupying the farmland resources around the town,so it is very important to carry out scientific and reasonable forecast for the urban construction land demand.From the perspective of empirical investigation,this paper takes the land conflict incident in Jinxian County of Jiangxi Province as an example,and uses the ISM evaluation to analyze the factors that influence the conflict of expropriation.Based on the difference of classification standard and the influence of natural policy factors,the relevant data with "catastrophe" characteristics are eliminated,and the improved RBF neural network model is used to train and simulate the factors.To explore the causes of land expropriation conflict,it is found that the following four aspects: whether to see the land expropriation notice,the government departments of responsibility awareness,the degree of resettlement implementation,land expropriation to improve household income level.Through the above analysis,it provides methodological guidance for the reasonable and efficient disposal of land expropriation conflict,and provides effective support for the construction of our country's urbanization and harmonious society.Through the analysis of theory and field investigation,from the following seven angles,the paper puts forward that the governance path includes: Optimizing land expropriation system,improving government working efficiency,establishing effective conflict management mechanism,perfecting land requisition regulations,transforming government functions,introducing farmers to participate in beforehand project decision-making mechanism,and constructing the early warning and coordination mechanism of land expropriation conflict.
