Study On Shared Bicycle Management In Putian

In recent years,as haze weather has affected people's lives,the concept of "green traffic" has increasingly attracted people's attention.As an important part of green transportation,public bicycle transportation is convenient to use,conducive to health,and can better meet the traffic demand for close-distance travel and transfer.However,the "pillared"public bicycle system established by the government has the disadvantages of large capital investment,high operating costs,and insufficient convenience.With the advent of the "sharing economy" era,bicycles such as ofo,mobike,yellow bike and Yong'an are flooded in the streets.They solve the government-dominated "Internet+" technology and sharing ideas."The cost of public bicycles is big,the benefits are small,and the problems of having to return the car to the car are troublesome.Following the dripping,shared bicycles have emerged as another emerging shared economy' model that effectively solves the pain points of people's "last mile" travel.However,behind the hot development of shared bicycles,the problems they face are also gradually manifested.The shared bicycles in Putian City mainly include problems such as random parking,motor vehicle lanes,traffic violations,bicycle loss,and serious man-made destruction.In order to solve these problems,this article starts from the new public service theory,governance theory,and public product theory,and studies that in the development of shared bicycles,the government,the enterprise,and the public should assume their respective responsibilities and form a multi-mode collaborative governance model.It is proposed that the Putian municipal government should introduce corresponding policies and regulations,do a good job of sharing basic infrastructure for bicycles,and strengthen the "green" travel publicity and education;the shared bicycle enterprises should economically promote technological innovation,establish a credit scoring system for users,and make better use of big data.Strategy formulation;the public should consciously abide by the corresponding laws and regulations,and actively reflect the APPeals,and jointly monitor violations.Through multiple and coordinated management and sharing of bicycles,it will provide assistance for Putian's green sustainable transportation system and contribute to the construction of "beautiful Putian".
