Research On Network Competence And IT Service Capability Upgrade From The Perspective Of Dynamic Fit

The era of mobile Internet characterized by the Internet of things,cloud computing and big data,is coming,which promotes the deep integration of technology network,organizational network and social network.The "service dominant logic" is replacing the "product-driven logic" as the dominant competitive paradigm.The service capability has become an important symbol of the development potential of enterprises.With the rapid development of the IT services market,the IT service capacity has become the heated discussion and sustained attention of scholars and managers.However,there is no detailed study on how IT services upgraded.The research on the upgrade path and the impact mechanism is rare,and there is a hugeblack box,which is the first problem that enterprises will face when they realize the importance of service.In the context of the pursuit of open innovation and collaborative innovation,every enterprise will be embed itself in various complex networks actively or passively,such as suppliers,customers,competitors and financial institutions.The IT service enterprises can absorb knowledge,information and other resources for innovation from internal and external network to research and development new products or services,in order to enhance the IT service capacity to obtain a competitive advantage.In this paper,I use the case method to analyze the L company IT service upgrade process.Through combing the literature and adding the factor of network competence,this paper analysis the enterprise upgrade of IT service capability based on the dynamic matching perspective.According to the characteristics of each upgrade stage,this research analyzes the influence of network competence on IT service capability under the internal mechanism of dynamic matching.Finally,I obtained the model of the three-stage upgrade of the IT service capability.This paper attempts to open the"black box" of IT service capability upgrade to provide a research idea for the above problems.From the perspective of dynamic fit,this research provides reference for improving IT service capability.I find that the upgrading process of IT service capability in Inspur international has experienced three stages:financial software service,management software service and personalized solution service.After fifteen years of development,the L company has successively completed the upgrade from single service to the integrated service,and from the comprehensive service to the personalized service.What's more,IT service enterprises shift the original product orientation to service orientation,and then shift from the service oriented to customer orientation.In the three stages of its upgrading,the network capability and the internal and external environment of the enterprise continuously realize dynamic fit,which plays an important role and the mechanism in different upgrading stages differently.In this paper,based on dynamic fit,I try to analyze the influence of network competence to the IT service capability upgrade and its mechanism.From a theoretical point of view,this paper enriches the theoretical research in the field of IT service capacity upgrade,and provides a new research perspective.Then,this paper puts forward the internal mechanism model of the three-stage IT service capability upgrade,which has certain theoretical value.From a practice point of view,this research indicates the direction for IT enterprises to improve their IT service capability,and provides practical significance for IT enterprises to choose decisions in the development stage of different service capabilities.At the same time,this paper can help enterprises grasp the driving factors of network competence to improve ITservice capability.Thus,it can successfully realize the promotion of service capability and then enable enterprises obtain continuous core competitiveness.
