Study Of Improving Producer Services Enterprise Competetive Performance Based On Network Competence

With the rapid development of science and technology, China’s economy has entered a new era of rapid development.The adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation of economic development make the third industry,which is mainly based on the service industry,become more and more important. Productive Service Industry is an important part of service industry, which plays an important role in improving production efficiency, reducing production cost and promoting economic development.In recent years,the academic circles have made a preliminary research on the agglomeration and growth mechanism of producer services.But from the perspective of network capacity, the research on the performance of productive service enterprises is not perfect. Therefore, it will be the focus of future scholars to improve the competitive performance of local Productive Service Industry from the perspective of network capacity.Although the current study also stressed that the network capacity of Productive Service Industry enterprises competitive performance has a significant role,but for the interaction between the two mechanisms of empirical research is insufficient.Therefore, this paper will focus on the "network ability how to influence Productive Service Industry competition performance" the problem of to open the black box of mechanism.Specifically speaking, this paper puts forward several specific research questions on the basis of sorting out the relevant documents.First, what is the relationship between network competence and competitive performance of Productive Service Industry?Second,what is the role of network capacity in the Productive Service Industry?Third,Whether the interaction of network capacity to productive service firms competitive performance will be influenced by the mediating effect of exploratory learning?In order to explain the above problems, this paper selects the indicators related to the growth performance of Productive Service Industry, and builds the model of the network capacity of the Productive Service Industry.Through the design questionnaire,carries on the reliability,the validity inspection,and uses the regression analysis to carry on the verification. Through the analysis, obtains the following important conclusion: Networkstrategic planning ability, network coordination ability, network capacity of the production of service enterprises have a direct impact on competitive performance; exploratory learning has an indirect effect on the performance of the production service enterprises in the network capacity.Through the study of the characteristics of the Productive Service Industry, we conclude the network capacity to improve the Productive Service Industry. We construct the function mechanism between network competence and competitive performance of producer services, and validate it through empirical analysis. At last,the paper puts forward suggestions on competitive performance of productive service enterprises from the aspects of network capacity, exploratory learning and so on.
