Research On The Development Mode Of Local Urbanization Under The Background Of New Urbanization

In our country,the new mode of urbanization has a variety of choices.Each model has its own advantages and unavoidable drawbacks.Therefore,an important issue our country is facing at this stage is how to choose a suitable road for the development of new urbanization.In the process of the development of new urbanization,few domestic and foreign experts have classiied the problems existing in the present study of urbanization,what we need is a professional analysis for each problem,and then putting forward the solution;The present research confined to the field of planning and construction,and what we should strengthened is analyzinge the index system of urbanization,so that we can set out by the roots better to improve the urbanization rate significantly,what also exist at the same time in local urbanization is the phenomenon of lack empirical research on the stage as a whole.This paper takes the connotation of new urbanization and related theory as the foundation,and clear the concept of local urbanization in the research on the urbanization development at home and abroad as well as analying the process of new urbanization development pattern.It also takes Panjin as the research object,analyzing the development model,the existing problems in the local urbanization and the development of urbanization in Panjin at present can be analyzed and summarized.Through literature research,clarify the gap between urban and rural areas and the reason of it,as well as exploring the solution in the problem.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and practical significance of urbanization.It explores the shortcomings of previous studies,introduces the research contents and methods,and puts forward the key problems to be solved and innovation.In the second part,the connotation of urbanization and related concepts are defined,as well as the related theories and general rules of the new urbanization.What 'more,it also analyses the possibility of local urbanization.The third part the new urbanization development pattern of exploration.The fourth part states the development of urbanization in Panjin.establishing local urbanization evaluation index of Panjin.The fifth part establishes evaluation index system of urbanization of Panjin.In the six part,we put forward suggestions and solutions to promote the construction of urbanization in Panjin.from the prospect of public service,labor,capital,technology,innovation,systems and other aspects.providing theoretical and practical support to promote local urbanization.The sixth part discusses the provide theoretical and practical support;The sixth part discusses the relevant conclusions of this relevant conclusions of this paper and prospects for the development of local urbanization.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the main problems and the effect of local urbanization in Panjin,and put forward some suggestions,in order to provide some reference experience for the development of urbanization in China.
