A Study On The Urbanization Of Yuanjia Village

Urbanization is not only a result of economic development of a country, but also is one of the themes of economic development around the world at the present age. In recent years, during the process of the traditional urbanization, the problems such as pursue the urban expansion one-sidedly, the "urban disease", and the agricultural laborers transfer to urban but difficult to melt into it shows up. People-oriented, ecological livable, balance urban and rural and harmonious principles are the characteristics of Chinese new urbanization. Many small towns lack of industry support the development problems and improve the quality of urbanization, tourist towns can help solve this problem through the development of tourism, and thus promote the coordinated development of urban education, science, culture, health and other social undertakings and rural economic prosperity and social progress. This paper selected Yuanjiacun which had been rated as one of "2014 China Top Ten most beautiful countryside" as the studies case. Researcher based on the theoretical of the social space basis, industrial integration, industry concentration, using factor analysis and grounded theory empirical research through field visits, interviews and questionnaires residents to urban and rural, combined with the data of the government work report, access to the demographic situation, industrial development and urban construction materials, not only analyzed the factors of tourist towns in situ urbanization, but also the villages and visitor’s perceive of it. Summarizes a role in promoting tourism in the promotion of towns and villages in situ urbanization combing travel path.
