In various industries all over the world,tourism,as a new industry,can be regarded as the largest industry,and has developed fastest in recent years.For many countries,including Vietnam,tourism is also a major component of the national economy.In addition,with the unique natural environment and tourism resources,tourism has made great contribution to the economic development of Vietnam,so it has gradually become one of the key development industries in China.With the rapid development of the tourism industry in recent years,the middle force of the national financial income is the tourism industry.In the process of development,the tourism industry needs to invest a lot of human resources to provide various services.Therefore,it also alleviates the employment pressure of our country to a certain extent.Employee loyalty in human resources is the most urgent problem for the tourism industry at present.In order to explore the influence of its organizational culture and its internal staff on the loyalty of the enterprise,it searches and studies some related documents,and summarizes and summarizes the concept of organizational culture and staff and loyalty and the research results of literature.Secondly,by proposing research hypotheses and establishing a multiple regression model,the relationship between the two is studied.Again,the object of the study and data results are analyzed,and then the hypothesis of the study is verified,to further analyze the relationship between the two,and then discuss the results of the data analysis.Finally,the research is summarized and prospected.The research through the library and the knowledge network and other ways to search for the reference materials of the organization culture and the research of employee loyalty.Through the induction and summary of the present research results,the research direction and the specific research content are determined.Through the induction and analysis of the theory,the empirical analysis is made through the empirical analysis.There is an inseparable relationship between organizational culture and employee loyalty.At present,the market competition between tourism enterprises is very fierce.Attracting and retaining employees and improving employee loyalty have become an important part of enterprise management strategy.Excessive turnover of employees will inevitably bring the increase of enterprise operation cost.Therefore,improving employee loyalty has become a very important problem in enterprise management..In the organizational culture,it has a certain impact on the loyalty ofemployees.Good culture will surely promote the retention of employee loyalty.Through the empirical study of organizational culture and employee loyalty,the relationship between organizational culture and employee loyalty is developed to prove the supporting role of organizational culture on employee loyalty.Thus,the manager can make a reasonable and effective management system in making enterprise management strategy,so as to improve the employee's sense of organizational identity,so that the staff can develop together with the enterprise together,so as to provide some help for the construction of enterprise loyalty.
