The Research On Risk Pre-control Mode Of Overseas Communication Project Based On Big Data Technology

Communication enterprises are one of important members in promoting internationalization of China's enterprises,and its way of internationalization have been changed a lot.Now Chinese communication enterprises begin to carry on their business practice in systematic engineering projects including product sales,engineering,construction.With the increasing number of overseas projects of communication enterprises,effective project risk management is required to carry out to cope with the complicated and changeable overseas construction and operating environment.What's more,a systematic project risk management,mainly has three stages,including the latent stage of risk,stage of growth and stage of consequence.And at each stage,risk identification,risk assessment and risk response should be implemented according to different stage risk characteristics.In the latent stage of risk,project risk management is called project risk pre-control,namely risk prevention and control.Analyzing the status quo,this author has a good knowledge of the current situation of overseas communications projects and its risk management situation,and find that,there is lack of attention to the risk pre-control in the process of overseas communications project risk management.Because the vast majority of project risk management work is in the second and third stages,the first phase of the project risk pre-control becomes a mere formality.Secondly,in the process of project risk pre-control,most of the work still adopts the artificial means,which leads to the lack of timeliness and accuracy.For the low level of intelligence and specialization in the risk pre-control of overseas communication project,In order to solve this problem,the author looked at the most recently literature on this issue and a new kind of risk pre-control model of overseas communication project based on big data is proposed.As for the reasons why big data technology is selected based on the following aspects:First,this is an age of digitization and information and big data played a more and more important role in society.If big data is combined with cloud computing and IOT,it will be a good solution to project risk pre-control problems.Second,the project risk pre-control work is naturally fit with big data technology,especially in risk assessment and risk response,the big data technology is asked to deal with the short of data and the subjectivity in risk assessment.At the same time,in order to better demonstrate the overseas communications project risk pre-control model based on big data,the author take ZTE Angola EDEL smart meter project as an example,showing that ZTE Angola EDEL smart meters 's process of risk pre-control.And then,project risk pre-control model based on big data is applied to the project,finally it is the differences between the two modes of project risk pre-control.At the end of this article,the author put forward rationalization suggestions on the development of intelligent communication project risk pre-control.
