Studies On Locational Selection Of Liaoning Manufacturing International Production Capacity Cooperation

International production capacity cooperation is an important implementation form of Chinese participation in building "The Belt And Road".It is an important innovation in the way of open door to the outside world.As an important field of international production capacity cooperation,the international capacity cooperation of manufacturing industry has attracted much attention.At present,the bottleneck of Liaoning manufacturing industry is becoming more and more obvious.Accelerating the international production capacity cooperation of manufacturing industry has become an important choice for Liaoning to solve the dilemma of economic growth,promote and upgrade the economic structure and industrial structure,enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises and the new advantages of international competition.Location selection is one of the key problems in international productivity cooperation.Scientific and reasonable manufacturing international production capacity cooperation location selection can directly improve the efficiency of international production capacity cooperation,it can also help manufacturing enterprises to obtain more economic benefits,so as to promote the development of manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province more healthy,stable and sustainable.Based on the matching degree of the manufacturing industry between Liaoning Province and countries along “ The Belt And Road ”,this thesis studies the location selection of manufacturing international production capacity in Liaoning Province from the perspective of manufacturing industry.It calculates the manufacturing capacity cooperation capability structure index and capability structure coupling degree between liaoning province and countries along “The Belt And Road” by capacity structure relation model.It also analysel manufacturing capacity cooperation and benefit allocation between two regions hierarchically,Which is used to judge the location choice of international manufacturing capacity cooperation in Liaoning province.Then it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the location selection of Liaoning's manufacturing industry international capacity cooperation,and provides a new idea for how to judge the international production cooperation target country of chinese manufacturing industry.The following are the results of empirical research: the capacity structure of Liaoningmanufacturing industry is relatively high,which provides a good foundation for manufacturing capacity cooperation in this region.But,in a dynamic way,the advantages of Liaoning manufacturing industry are weakening.Liaoning has a high degree of coupling with the manufacturing capacity structure of the 24 countries,and a matching and close relationship with the 24 countries in the manufacturing capacity structure,which is conducive to the stable development of cooperation capacity,Liaoning should play an important role in manufacturing capacity cooperation between China and countries along The Belt and Road.The distribution of interests in the cooperation between the manufacturing industry of Liaoning and these countries have a hierarchical division.Therefore,Liaoning should promote international production capacity cooperation in the manufacturing industry in an orderly way,and should adopt different cooperative mechanisms for different countries.Some countries have a high degree of manufacturing compatibility with Liaoning,and the interests of both sides are moderately distributed,it is suitable for Liaoning Province to cooperate with these countries in high-end manufacturing industry.Some countries have a low motivation to cooperate with Liaoning,because the distribution of interests of them is weaker than that of Liaoning,but they possess the demand of the industrial development,so Liaoning should explore the cooperation opportunities under the concept of inclusive development.Russia and Mongolia should become the key country of those countries which have low capacity structure along "The Belt and Road" to carry out manufacturing production capacity cooperation with Liaoning.
