To Promote The Research On The Production Capacity Cooperation Between Qingdao And One Belt And One Road

Under the background of the "new normal" of the domestic economy,the Chinese government put forward the strategy of "One Belt And One Road" in 2013.In order to promote the "One Belt And One Road" important node city--Qingdao,it is targeted and appropriate in the process of "going out" to carry out international production capacity cooperation.This article through to the industrial transfer,enterprise multinational business cooperation theory,the existing relevant research capacity cooperation of countries along the "area" is summarized on the basis of,through the "area" all the way along the country's economic development level and industry cooperation zone elaborates the present situation of the construction,and presents the status quo of the cooperation capacity.At the same time,this article selects the revealed comparative advantage index(RCA),net export display comparative advantage index(NRCA),trade competitiveness index(TC),international market share index(IMS)and so on several indicators of countries along the 10 departments(according to the classification of the international trade standards SITC)of each index value was calculated,and using the software SPSS22.0 of each index,principal component analysis to gain national industry international competitiveness and potential investment potential.After 30 industry of Qingdao is studied in the principal component,factor analysis and the calculation of the location quotient,the results show that in Qingdao local advantages,in shandong province has a comparative advantage and at the same time,higher than the national average has electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry,computer,communications,and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry,railway,shipbuilding,aerospace and other transportation equipment manufacturing industry,culture and education,entertainment,sports and industrial supplies manufacturing,fabricated metal products and other five industries.Finally combining the advantage of Qingdao industrial distribution points of "area" countries regional industry cooperation and advice of choice is given,at the same time,according to the problems existing in the international cooperation capacity and overall policy Suggestions are given.
