With the development of the e-commercial and economic globalization,small and Medium sized enterprises are in a fiercely competitive market.Enterprises are hard to lower the cost because of current increasing cost of rent and labour.Thus,Enterprises have to shift the focus on other part to low down the cost.Especially,lowing the cost from purchasing is become the current heat topic.In fact,Previous enterprises prefer make the a purchasing plan only from the standpoint of individual maximum interest.Such exclusive purchasing plan has some obvious limitation which is absolutely not meet the development of the modern enterprises.On the other hand,the booming Information and Technology drive enterprises share more information even work in Collaboration,thus Consortium purchasing is becoming an irresistable trend of modern purchasing option.In this case,Making a theoretical analysis,which is including the specific and practical condition,strategy of Consortium purchasing between small and Medium sized enterprises,Diagnosis and optimization Purchasing management system,feasible and effective way of enterprises management is a very salient and urgent task.This article pay great emphasis on analysis of how to guide those Enterprises which have limited inventory of the merchandise to low downthe purchasing cost by Consortium purchasing.Firstly,Based on the EOQ,the forming assumption of Consortium purchasing with two buyer(enterprises)was proposed.Secondly,making a deep analysis on the establishing conditions of Consortium purchasing with two buyer(enterprises),the essential formative conditions and cost allocation are included.Thirdly,aiming to help those enterprises which its Maximum inventory not reach the minimum order quantity with competitive price,we made a further study of strategy to guide the enterprises how to work with Consortium purchasing when the quantity discount given and not given.In conclusion,this dissertation indicated that : when the Coordination costs of enterprises by working Consortium purchasing meet the critical condition,It appears that the general annual cost of Consortium purchasing is lower than the total cost by collecting with individual purchasing in one year.Providing that the quantity discount is not given,there are four condition can help those enterprises which have limited inventory of the merchandise gain the best offer from suppliers through Consortium purchasing,meanwhile the purchasing quantity is within the range of maximum inventory(the general cost by Consortium purchasing reach the bottom line).Providing that the quantity discount is given,not only those enterprises get the profit same as mention above,but also bring more profit to supplier and fulfill the utmost value of whole supply chain through Consortiumpurchasing.Final,we will give some calculation examples to illustrate the conclusion we got.Significantly,the research finding we obtained in this dissertation pay a great role in guiding and driving those small and Medium sized enterprises which has limited inventory of the merchandise to adopt with a reasonable,effective Consortium purchasing strategy,end up achieving win-win between buyer and supplier.
