In the traditional field of organizational behavior,it is generally believed that team voice plays a positive role in organizational operation and reform,little attention is paid to the negative effects of team voice.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the specific negative effects of team advice on the organization and the specific mechanism of action.A total of 348 questionnaires were collected from employees of 49 enterprises and 80 departments by means of three-stage matching between superiors and subordinates.After eliminating the mismatched data,320 valid paired questionnaires were obtained(the effective recovery rate was 92.95%),320 employees corresponded to 73 direct leaders,and each leader corresponded to 4-5 employees.According to the concept of social network group center,we creatively develop the concept of team voice dispersion,and systematically study the impact of team voice on the organization from the frequency,quality(team voice constructive)and distribution(team voice dispersion).The results show that:(1)Team voice frequency,team voice constructive and team voice dispersion interact with team performance and decision-making efficiency,that is,when team voice constructive and dispersion is more highest,the negative effect on team performance and decision-making efficiency is strongest;(2)Team voice frequency,team voice constructive and team voice dispersion interact with leadership uncertainty,that is,when team voice constructive and dispersion is more highest,the positive predictive effect of team voice frequency on leadership uncertainty is the strongest;(3)The three-way interaction effect of team voice frequency,constructive,dispersion on team performance and decision-making efficiency plays a role through leadership uncertainty.In addition,the paper also discusses the theoretical contribution,practical significance,shortcomings and future research prospects.The research enriches the research of team opinion outcome variables,and creatively develops the concept of opinion dispersion.In addition,the new intermediary mechanism of leadership uncertainty enriches the research on the direction of influence of advice on its recipients.
