Under the background of economic globalization and innovation,Chinese enterprises are facing enormous pressure and challenge of competition both at home and abroad.Innovation is the power source for the development of enterprises.It is very important for enterprises to achieve strategic goals and organizational performance.In order to remain invincible position in the transformation and promotion of competition,enterprises must attach importance to the supply of new products and new services.According to the upper-echelons theory,as a top management team,that influences the decision-making of enterprise development,the team creativity of top management represents the creativity of enterprises,and also reflects the innovation ability of enterprises.Therefore,how to enhance the team creativity of top management has become the focus of enterprises.There are many researches on team creativity at home and abroad,but less literature researches on the team creativity of top management.There are fewer literatures on the influence of team behavior and team psychological level on the team creativity of top management.The team creativity of top management is closely related to the innovation and development of the enterprise.Team creativity is basic essence and capability,although it can't directly produce innovation results,team creativity is an important factor which can achieve the innovation in the enterprise,so the research on the team creativity of top management is particularly important.This study takes team learning behavior,team innovation atmosphere and team creativity as variable quantities.Team learning behavior and team innovation atmosphere are independent variable quantities,team creativity is the dependent variable quantity.This study is mainly discuss the effect of team learning behavior on team creativity,and the influence of team innovation atmosphere on team creativity.This study take the top management team of enterprise in two industrial parks in Southwest China as objects,The theoretical model is constructed with the empirical research method,and the relevant hypotheses are verified by regression analysis.The results show that team learning behavior has a positive effect on the team creativity of top management,and the team innovation atmosphere has a positive effect on the team creativity of top management.The research will help the enterprise to attach importance to team learning and create an innovative atmosphere in the management practice,so as to improve the team creativity of top management.
