Voice behavior is an important form of employee participation in organizational management.The research on voice behavior has been realized from the general research to classification research,from the individual level to team level.Although the relationship between many pre-predictive factors and team voice behavior has been confirmed,there are still insufficient researches on the formation mechanism of different types of team voice behavior.Combining with the current situation of domestic research and abroad,this paper takes the formation mechanism of different types of team voice behavior as the starting point for research,and hopes to realize the effective control of the team voice behavior by finding the factors and mechanism that influence team voice behavior,so as to play its active role in team management.This study focuses on the regulatory focus theory,adopts a two-line parallel research method,and tests the mechanism of influence of team learning on team voice behavior.This study explores the mediating effect of team servicing efficacy between learning from success and promoting team voice,as well as the mediating effect of team tolerance for failure between learning from failure and prohibitive team voice.This paper also introduces the team focus as the moderator,further testing moderating effect of the team focus between different types of team learning and team voice behavior.In the process of empirical research,a questionnaire survey method was adopted,and domestic nurses were selected as research objects,and a total of 41 teams of valid data were collected.The SPSS software is used to perform regression analysis on the recovered data to verify the theoretical model constructed in this paper.The results show that in the context of business management in China,team learning from success will have a significant positive impact on the promotion team voice behavior,and team learning from failure will have a significant positive impact on the prohibitive team voice behavior.The team servicing efficacy plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between learning from success and promoting team voice,and team tolerance for failure plays a full intermediary role in the relationship between learning from failure and prohibitive team voice.The team promoting focus has a significant weakening type of moderating effect on the relationship between learning from success and team servicing efficacy.However,team prevention focus has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between team learning from failure and team tolerance for failure.
