Research On The Aid Strategies For Information Vulnerable Groucs In The Context Of Intelligent Tourism

With the rapid development of information technology,mankind has entered into an age of big data,and informatization has become an inevitable trend for social development.The acquisition,communication,and use of information has been an important part of people's daily life.However,there are still many people who are not capable of obtaining and releasing information,and not able to share the achievements of the development of information society,so that they become the Information vulnerable groups.The factors mentioned above not only are not good for the development of the Information Disadvantaged Groups themselves,but also do harm to the development of the harmonious society.Tourism industry is regarded as the modern service industry.Its development is closely related to the information technology.The integration of tourism and information helps to promote the intelligence,informatization,and technicalization of tourism.The most typical example is "wisdom travel".Our country has already entered the aging society.The fact that the aging degree intensifies,means that the demand of the elderly in the aggregate demand increases.With the perfection of health care and social security conditions,the quality of old people's life and their health level have been greatly improved.The elderly tourist market expands unceasingly,and it will certainly bring new challenges and opportunities to the products and services of wisdom tourism.However,currently the elderly groups have not fully enjoyed the fruits of the development of the wisdom tourism.Most of the elderly don't know the wisdom tourism.And the products of wisdom tourism are still in their primary stage to meet the needs of the elderly.In this paper,the elderly tourist group in Mount Longhu Scenic Area is the subject of the research.Firstly,based on the literature analysis method,this paper comprehensively reviews the theoretical research and practice status of information vulnerable groups and wisdom tourism at home and abroad.From the theoretical analysis,this paper involves the "wisdom tourism","information vulnerable groups","old people","the third sector ",and defines the basic concepts and characteristics in detail.After expounding the related theories in system,this paper obtains the related data of the current situation of wisdom Mount Longhu Scenic Area and the old tourists according to the field investigation and questionnaire.Based on the actual survey results and the existing problems,this paper obtains the present situation that the elderly are in when they get tourism information under the background of wisdom tourism,and analyzes the trouble that the elderly will meet when they travel in groups.Finally,through the study of the present situation of the public service obtained by the elderly group travel,from the three aspects of the government,the society and the enterprise,this paper puts forward the rationalized suggestions,so as to construct the strategy of the assistance for the elderly group travel.
