Research On Benefit-Sharing Mechanism Of Pro-Poor Tourism In Dahua Yao Autonomous Counyry

Chinese ethnic minority areas in southwest are vast in territory,rich in natural resource s and have the congenital conditions for the development of tourism.Under the guidance of n ational policies,various regions sent probes to tourism poverty alleviation exploration,and a chieved certain achievements.Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang emphasized that rural pro-poor tourism should promote the farmers out of poverty and share long-term benefit from tourism development when he investigated Hebei province.Central Document No.1 in 2018 also put forward the concept of Sharing Economy on rural revitalization,which s howed the governmental guidance of tourism development.How to coordinate the involved parties' benefit allocation in the process of pro-poor tourism,and try to form an effecti ve tourism benefit distribution mechanism,are the key to the local tourism economy devel opment.Therefore,understanding the current situation of pro-poor tourism in southwest m inority regions,and finding out the problems of tourism poverty alleviation benefit sharin g mechanism,so that establishing a scientific and reasonable interest sharing mechanism,is of great social and economic significance.Guangxi is an important part of the great western development strategy.Dahua Yao Nationality Autonomous County,as a national-level poor county in Guangxi,also actively developed tourism development.This research used the methodologies such as literature review,data sorting,and field research.Firstly,on the basis of literature review of domestic and foreign tourism poverty alleviation researches,summarized the main content of benefit sharing mechanism,concluded the basic framework of tourism poverty alleviation mechanism and the inter relationship between each part.Then is the empirical research on benefit sharing mechanism of pro-poor tourism in Dahua country.Through data collection,field investigation and detailed analysis,find out the problems existing in its local benefit sharing mechanism from the perspective of practice.Put forward specific suggestions to mechanism improvement and tourism industry integration.Firstly,through compensation incentive,decision-making participation and continuously monitor,establishing a scientific and reasonable pro-poor tourism benefit sharing mechanism.Secondly,through participation channel,interest expression,interest distribution and monitoring system,building a scientific and an efficient system.Lastly,integrating local economy,culture and natural resources into tourism industry innovation,pushing tourism development to a new level.
