In the process of transformation and upgrading,garment enterprises in Guangxi are facing a series of problems,such as excess capacity,inadequate technological innovation,outdated organization and management and weak sense of marketing.These problems have seriously hindered the further development of garment enterprises.Research on the current situation and problems of garment enterprises is helpful for us to find out the development of enterprises themselves,and take the supply side reform as an opportunity to adopt the market competition strategy suitable for garment enterprises to achieve transformation and upgrading of enterprises.M clothing company is a medium-sized business menswear production and sales company in Guangxi,which integrates product design,production and marketing.The company mainly produces business suits and business casual men's clothing.This paper analyzes the actual situation of M clothing company,the resources and capabilities of enterprises,the existing problems and other internal environmental factors.Meanwhile,it uses PEST model and five force competition model to make a detailed analysis of the external environment of M clothing companies.Combined with the national implementation of the supply side structural reforms,promote the integration of enterprise resources,realize the optimal allocation of element,optimize product structure,improve product quality,expand the effective supply,reduce the invalid supply requirements,and actively promote the increase of variety,quality,provided a brand "three" strategy background in the apparel industry,according to focus on the future development direction of the enterprises the difference,enterprises can use competition strategy,low cost strategy and centralized competitive strategy are analyzed.By comparing the three strategies that differentiation strategy is the best choice strategy..Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures for the M clothing company to implement the differential competition strategy.M clothing company is a microcosm of Chinese business men's wear industry.I hope that through the case study of M clothing company,it can provide reference and reference for other similar enterprises to make enterprise competitive strategy.
