The Research On Financial Support For Land-lost Farmers' Entrepreneurship Based On Yicheng City,Hubei Province

With the rapid development of urbanization in our country,a large number of land-lost farmers have emerged and become one of the factors that affect our country's social stability.Supporting the entrepreneurship of land-lost farmers is an important way to maintain the sustainable development of land-lost farmers.Land-lost farmers can increase their income,maintain social stability,and alleviate the urbanization gap between urban and rural areas,which is of great significance for solving thethree rural issues.The report of the Nineteenth CPC National Congress called for broadening the channels for farmers to increase income,and clearly stated that it is necessary to promote the development of the integration of secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,support and encourage farmers' employment and entrepreneurship,and increase farmers' income.The biggest obstacle to losing farmer's business is financing,and it urgently needs financial support.How to strengthen the financial support for entrepreneurs who have lost their land has become the subject of this article.This paper takes the Yicheng City of Hubei Province as an example and conducts a study on the entrepreneurial financial support for land-lost farmers in the region through questionnaires,field visits and data analysis methods.First of all,a survey was conducted on the situation of the entrepreneurship of land-lost farmers in Yicheng City.The basic status quo,starting income,financial support status,and financial support needs of local land-lost farmers were investigated in a questionnaire survey and on-site visits.The results showed that urban peasants should lose land.Most of them are starting businesses in the first and third industries,and the main financing channels for the venture are Yicheng Rural Commercial Bank.The demand for entrepreneurial finance is characterized by diversification,differentiation,scale,and decentralization.Afterwards,it analyzes the status quo of local financial support for land-lost farmers' entrepreneurial ventures in the case of Yicheng City's rural commercial behavior,and conducts statistics and analysis on loan products,amounts issued,number of pens issued,and loan non-performing rate for entrepreneurs who have lost their land,and concludes that Yicheng City Rural Commercial Bank Supporting land-lost farmers in their ventures,financial support and derailment of upper-level policies,lack of targeted financial products and services,high loan thresholds,complicated loan procedures,inadequate financial resources for land-lost farmers to start businesses,and lack of risk control for entrepreneurial financial support for land-lost farmers Problems;Finally,combining with the actual financial needs of entrepreneurs who have lost their land in Yicheng City and the financial support problems,this paper puts forward the financial countermeasures and suggestions for entrepreneurs who want to lose their land in Yicheng City:optimize and improve the financial policy environment for the entrepreneurs who lost their land,enrich the financial supply system,and rationally guide And using private capital to support entrepreneurs who have lost their land,aiming at landless farmers to innovate financial products and meet the diversified needs of entrepreneurs who have lost their land,establish special green channels,optimize the process of issuing entrepreneurial loans for land-lost farmers,and improve risk control mechanisms for financial support services for land-lost farmers.Rural finance talents,strengthen financial knowledge and policy publicity for landless farmers.This paper conducts a detailed investigation and research on the financial support for the entrepreneurs who have lost their land from the two sides of the financial demand subject and the financial supply subject,and can provide a certain reference for the path of financial support for landless farmers in the economic development.
