Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Land Lost Farmers' Entrepreneurship Training In X Town,Gansu

Urbanization is an inevitable trend in the development of human society and the unavoidable way for a country to achieve modernization.With the development of the social economy and the expansion of the city scale,a considerable number of peasants will lose their land,become landless farmers,and relocate to the city.The landless farmers' entering to the city is not a simple spatial transfer.It is followed by a comprehensive change in lifestyle and production methods.However,because the relevant supporting policies are not in place,the phenomenon of “lose land means lose job” is very common,not only caused great difficulties for landless farmers in their daily life,and it has also formed a prominent urban problem.It is an urgent problem remained unsolved in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way and satisfying people's pursuit of a better life.To solve the employment problem of landless farmers,on the one hand,the government should be cooperated with the society,farmers can participate in the work of the second and third industries on the basis of technical training;on the other hand,they can also conduct training on entrepreneurship for the farmers,and help them to achieve their own business.This paper focuses on the issue of entrepreneurship training for landless farmers,taking the X town of Gansu Province,which has been experienced frequent land acquisition in recent years,as an example,using the entrepreneurial training of landless farmers in 2017 as the research object,comprehensively applying methods like questionnaire survey,case interview,and case analysis,having an in-depth understanding of the actual dilemmas encountered in the life of landless peasants in X town and the current situation of entrepreneurial training of local landless farmers,discovering and analyzing the main problems in peasant entrepreneurship training,and finally raising the countermeasures and suggestions targeted the settlement of entrepreneurship training issues,in order to contribute to the promotion of entrepreneurial training and effectively solve the problem of landless farmers.The main findings of this paperas follows:(1)The survival dilemma of landless farmers mainly revolves around three aspects: one is the dilemma of living conditions,the other is the dilemma of life development opportunities,and the third is the dilemma of life security.The low level of education,weak entrepreneurial awareness,lack of professional skills,and the existence of psychological adaptation problems also limit the development of this group.(2)X Town has established an entrepreneurship training organization management system with lead,implementation,assistance and practice four-in-one.The content of entrepreneurship training mainly includes three aspects: entrepreneurship guidance training,entrepreneurship skills training and entrepreneurship plnning training.The training is carried out through a combination of case training and participatory training,with classroom teaching inspection and training results acceptance to ensure the quality of teaching.In general,the entrepreneurial training of local landless farmers has played a certain role.(3)The problems in the entrepreneurial training of landless farmers mainly exist in three aspects: insufficient resource input,impractical entrepreneurial content,and inadequate entrepreneurial supervision.The factors that lead to these problems include the government's insufficient attention and the limitation of social factors such as acquaintance society,and the peasants themselves' lacking of motivations and their weak ability of learning.(4)To achieve further optimization of farmers' entrepreneurship training should be made from the following aspects: first,to improve the supportive policies for farmers' entrepreneurship training,and second,to establish a relatively independent entrepreneurial training system for landless farmers.The third is to effectively establish an evaluation mechanism for the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training.The fourth is to optimize the content and methods of entrepreneurship training.
