Research On The Interactive Relationship Between Urbanization And Industrial Structure Upgrading In Beijing

In the process of regional economic development,the urbanization and the upgrading of industrial structure interact and influence each other,and jointly play a role in the development of regional economy.The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure can bring impetus to urbanization through influencing factors market,employment structure,industrial agglomeration and so on.The development of urbanization promotes the upgrading of industrial structure by influencing factor endowments,market demand and regional morphology.The eighteen big reports clearly put forward that "urbanization development is a powerful driving force to promote China's industrial structure adjustment and expand domestic demand,and is an important engine for the sustainable development of China's economic society.We must focus on the promotion of urbanization and focus on solving the major structural problems that restrict the sustained and healthy development of the economy.In 2011,China's urbanization rate broke through 50% for the first time,and in 2016 it had increased to 57.35%.Since the reform and opening up,Beijing's urbanization rate increased from 1978 to 54.96% in 2016 86.5%,the overall level of urbanization continues to improve,but the gap between the larger internal districts;at the same time,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,three industrial output value accounted for the proportion of GDP changed from 5.2:71.1:23.7 in 1978 to 0.5:19.2:80.3 in 2016,the industrial structure has evolved into "321" pattern,the third industry has become the leading industries in Beijing,but there are still "sophisticated" industries have not yet formed agglomeration effects,such as uneven development between industrial districts.In the process of urbanization,how to ease Beijing non capital function,narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas,inequality,public service outstanding contradiction of population resources and environment,and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,realize the benign interaction of the urbanization and the development and upgrading of industrial structure,not only continued to promote the urbanization of Beijing city will also guarantee to promote the sustainable development of social economy.Firstly,This paper summarizes a comprehensive review of relevant literature at home and abroad,the mechanism of interaction between urbanization and industrial structure upgrading is analyzed;secondly,through the qualitative analysis method to analyze the status quo of Beijing city urbanization and upgrading of industrial structure,through the quantitative analysis method of model estimation of the interaction between urbanization and upgrading of Beijing city with the industrial structure;finally,based on theoretical and empirical analysis results,put forward to promote the upgrading of Beijing City,the benign interaction between urbanization and industrial structure policy recommendations.
