The Research On The Interactive Development Of New Urbanization And Industrial Structure Upgrading In Liaoning Province

After 30 years of development,China's urbanization has made great achievements,and now has entered a high-speed development stage.The construction of new urbanization is the main task of realizing the well-off society in our country at present.It is also an important link in the process of modernization.The central urbanization work conference held on December 13,2013 proposed six tasks to promote urbanization,which pointed out the direction for China's urbanization to move forward a single step.The meeting clearly shows that industrialization and urbanization is the two key elements of construction of modernization.The 2014 Central Economic Work Conference highlighted the promotion of industrial structure optimization and the promotion of new urbanization.In October 2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee held a meeting on the "thirteen five" plan proposed concept of "innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing" in urbanization development.Review of China's urbanization and industrial development process,the development of the two are mutually restrictive and interactive.In 2016,the urbanization rate of Liaoning Province was 67.37%,ranking among the provinces and autonomous regions in the whole country.Since the founding of new China,Liaoning Province is an important industrial base,the industry started early,the level of industrialization of high urbanization level is also higher.However,with the rapid development of science and technology,traditional industries in Liaoning Province faced with the fierce competition in the market environment has been gradually eliminated,the process of urbanization has begun to slow down,people demand urbanization is not limited to household registration into rural areas into the town.Under the new situation,it is important for Liaoning Province to to get rid of the traditional industries which bring environmental pollution and economic downturn.to achieve industrial restructuring,optimize the layout of the industry for the development of new urbanization to provide a strong industrial support,and continue to promote the development of new urbanization Industrial structure optimization and upgrading of the virtuous circle.The problem is particularly prominent.New urbanization and industrial structure optimization and upgrading is a national economic development must experience two major,profound structural transformation process.In the past,many scholars have shown that the synergistic progress of urbanization and industrial upgrading can perfect the quality of social and economic development,and can understand the existing industrial structure in Liaoning Province.The rapid development of the strategic opportunity to achieve the quality of urbanization and the level of improvement is important.Based on the thinking of the above problems,this paper takes the upgrading of industrial structure and new urbanization in Liaoning Province as the research object,reviews and combs the relevant literatures on the new urbanization and industrial structure upgrading and their mutual relations.Through the establishment of PVAR model,this paper analyzes the long-term equilibrium relationship between the industrial structure upgrading and the new urbanization,analyzes the short-term interaction between the new urbanization and the upgrading of the industrial structure according to the impulse response function and the variance contribution table,and discusses how to optimize the industrial structure and promote the industrial structure to the higher level,how to achieve health promotion of the new urbanization,how to achieve industrial upgrading and the new urbanization in the mutual promotion of coordinated development.The conclusion shows that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the new urbanization and the upgrading of industrial structure in Liaoning Province,and mutual influence and mutual promotion between the two.The new urbanization development has obvious effect on the industrial structure harmony and the high efficiency of the industrial structure,and the high industrial structure and the high efficiency of the industrial structure also play an important influence on the development of the new urbanization.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some suggestions on the future development of new urbanization and industrial structure upgrading in Liaoning Province,and hopes to provide the direction and basis for the industrial structure upgrading and the comprehensive development of new urbanization in Liaoning Province.
