Research On City-industry Integration Route In Beijng Shunyi Science And Technology Innovation Park

Since the “12th five year” planning,City-Industry Integration is proposed for solving the problem caused by the division of City-Industry with the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure.It takes the concept of "people-oriented,promoting the city by production,promoting production by city,producing,city and human interaction and coordinated development”.Emphasizing the mutual promotion of industrial functions and urban functions is an important measure for transformation and upgrading of cities and parks.Industrial research is based on the annual business report survey,the questionnaire survey was conducted before April 2017,and received the condition of the function of park from field research and interviews,and visual processing of pu-blic service facilities in the park through GIS ang Python.Discover that the develop-pment of CityIndustry Integration constrained by historical reasons,development patterns and layout of land use.At present,industrial functions and urban functions are seriously disconnected.The services function are seriously inadequate.Such as industrial Islet and pendulum traffic problems in the park had arisen.Coupled with the "sophisticated" industrial structure has not yet formed,the industry chain is imperfect and other factors,leading to high-end talent is difficult to introduce,new form of innovation and entrepreneurship is difficult to cultivate.Aim at the above problems,based on the core idea of the integration of production and city,this paper puts forward the main path of the integration of the city and the city.Including industrial path and urban functional path,the industrial route promotes the gathering of high-end industries,talents and funds by means of the industrial chain with the advantage of the total factor and the sophisticated industrial structure,urban function path promotes the integration of human and city and industry by strengthening service function,optimizing management function and enhancing memory function.Through these two paths,we will achieve the goal of the new industrial town of CityIndustry Integration with promoting the city with production and promoting industrial development by city.
