With the rapid development of the world economy,more and more corporations are going abroad to seek the effective allocation of resources.At the same time,companies are increasingly willing to bring human resources to another country,giving them the opportunity to work with local employees to create wealth for the company and become a human resource for multinational companies.The transfer of foreign culture also makes the multi-channel,multi-level and multi-form commodity trade transfer mode substitute for the single.Since China joined the WTO in 2001,are rapidly expanding overseas investment,the pace of internationalization of corporations is accelerating,and a large number of employees are sent to work overseas.However expatriate failure will leave the company with the money spent on expatriate staff.In this context,the study of adaptability of expatriates is particularly important.CJIC approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China and registered in 1983,is a large compound foreign economic corporation.The corporation is focusing on international project contracting and labor services cooperation and diversified undertaking the business of domestic real estate,architectural design,overseas investment,trading and national foreign economic-aid projects simultaneously.The corporation ha successively implemented over 400 international construction projects and government foreign aid projects over 55 foreign countries and regions in Asia,Africa,Europe and America,including building,irrigation and water conservancy,electricity,water supply and drainage,borehole drilling,road and bridge,geological exploration and municipal and country infrastructure construction.It has carried out foreign economic and technical cooperation and set up offices,representative offices in in Zambia,Kenya,Botswana,Ethiopia,Garner,Namibia,Zimbabwe and other 23 countries,and has registered nearly 20 overseas subsidiaries.At present,the expatriates are faced with psychological difficulties such as hard living conditions,work family relations,and interpersonal communication dilution with showing the phenomenon of low job performance and the improvement of talent turnover rate,which is necessary for studying the adaptability of expatriates.In this paper the current situation of the development in detail of the company business,management,construction industry,combined with the existing of expatriates cross-cultural management theory,using the method of questionnaire investigation to study the adaptability of CJIC expatriate and its influence for coming to conclusion: 1.The respondents of different attributes have different attention to each policy of the corporation;2.It's very different to foreign intention and expatriate adaptation for the respondents of various attributes;3.Improving the policy of the corporation can accelerate the expatriate adaptation;4.Cultural differences fail to completely negatively affect expatriate adaptation.In finally,it's helping cross-cultural corporations seek the objectives of optimized human resource management measures.
