Multinational companies in the global arena,play a role of the organizers of world production,but also with the rapid growth of globalization.The data show that the global multinational parent company had approximately 7.5 million,a total of approximately 95 million foreign branches,the world's 500 largest enterprises output value accounted for48% of the world total output value.The internal and mutual trade accounted for more than 60% of total world trade,investment accounted for a total global direct investment 92%.with the globalization of economic activity increases,due to friction different cultural conflict is also more and more,the investment activities of the interaction of transnational conflict and collision of cultural differences As a new subject,cross cultural enterprise management problem for multinational business leaders and their organizations become more and more important.A survey showed that 35%of the multinational managers of the first row of the difficulties encountered in the cultural differences in overseas investment.In cross-border acquisitions,many enterprises will be the acquisition of syndrome in the one or two years after the acquisition,which is due to management conflicts caused by cultural differences,such as impediments to cooperation.It can be seen that the cultural difference is the management of conflict,expatriates to have very important reasons.This paper mainly discusses the multinational overseas expatriate adjustment problem.Through the study of literature,understand the relationship between the basic theory and connotation of expatriate adjustment,and the analysis and Research on the main factors affecting expatriate adjustment,for multinational companies overseas expatriate adjustment problems and provide a theoretical basis.On the basis of theoretical research,combined with the questions of A company in the actual overseas assignment,through questionnaire analysis,to validate the data of adaptation problems found during the study of expatriate employeesare analyzed and from the human resources management and the enterprise culture,management training and other aspects to further explore the expatriate human resource management strategies and Solutions Expatriate overseas employees,enhance the adaptation effect on A company's overseas expatriate adjustment to analyze the reasons and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,trying to build up staff can effectively enhance the ability to adapt to the management approach,to provide effective suggestions for A company overseas expatriates management,to promote the A company overseas expatriate success.
