HX Company's Industrial Real Estate Business Development Strategy Research

Under the background of the country's macro regulation of real estate,with the coordinated development of regional economy and the introduction of the “13th Five-Year Plan”,basic industries,new-type manufacturing industries,strategic emerging industries,modern service industries,and internet industries will become the main line and blueprint for planning future industrial upgrade and development.These five industries will also be the development direction of future real estate and industrial integration.With the construction of urban agglomerations continuing to advance,the planning and development of urban real estate no longer depends on only a single land value.It also needs to rationally optimize the allocation of urban resources.As a result,the industrial real estate business has also seen favourable development opportunities.Firstly,through researching domestic and international literatures on industrial real estate,this paper researched and analyzed the conceptual definition and strategic theory foundation related to industrial real estate.Secondly,it collected and analyzed China's macro environment and real estate industry environment,industrial policy and industry competition status.The internal resource capabilities of HX Corporation is analyzed again.Finally,it studied and analyzed the strategic choices and problems faced by HX Corporation's industrial real estate business,and proposed strategic solutions and safeguard measures to meet the current development status of industrial real estate and adapt to the needs of industrial policies in different regions.Through studing the relevant documents of industrial real estate both at home and abroad and analyzing of China's macro environment,industry environment,and internal resource capabilities of the company,in response to the development of HX Corporation's industrial real estate business development strategy,this paper proposes that it should base on the cooperation between the company and the local government and aim at tapping the benefits of the industrial services continuously through the in-depth development of land resources and the full utilization of industrial resources.Finally,land development has been promoted as the main driving force for regional economic growth,resulting in an innovative government-enterprise cooperation and a win-win situation.It provides a wide range of development opportunities for enterprises and new ideas for strategic choices for real estate companies that have entered or are about to enter the industrial real estate business and other companies which has certain practical significance.
