Research On Economic Benefit Of Rural Land Contract Management Right Transfer In Zhangqiu District

With the accelerating process of urbanization,the rural labor force to transfer to cities and towns,rural land is facing a huge crisis,even abandoned the abandonment of extensive cultivation.The transfer of land contract management right arises at the historic moment,and the land to rural cooperatives and large households has become the inevitable trend of social and economic development.This paper takes Zhangqiu District of Ji'nan city as an example,selects the representative town as a sample,through literature,questionnaire,field visits and other methods,the current situation of land use in Zhangqiu district and the contracted land circulation survey data,and to the original data and typical case analysis to support factors in Zhangqiu the contracted land circulation mode and economic effect.In this paper,selected 3 level indicators,11 indicators in level two,the construction of rural land circulation economic evaluation index system,using AHP to determine the index weight,factors mainly affect the economic benefits of land transfer is to enhance the efficiency,output efficiency and net income of farmers the use of unit land.Evaluation model of economic benefit of different land circulation,get the joint-stock cooperative economic efficiency is the highest,followed by subcontracting,subcontracting and leasing of the lowest economic benefit.According to the restricting factors in Zhangqiu District of the contracted land circulation economic benefits,by improving the land utilization efficiency,strengthen the training and education of farmers and improve the land management and financing ability to develop the rural economy;improving land operating income to improve the living standards of farmers;improve the establishment of joint-stock cooperatives,while increasing speculative investment to promote the development of agricultural industry.
