Study On Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Land Consolidation Project

It is of great significance to improve the quality of land,increase the land area and increase the yield of land per mu for the food security in China.Based on the study of the characteristics and methods of comprehensive benefit evaluation of land consolidation,this paper analyzes the design target value and actual completion index of the land consolidation project(144.0100 hm2)in Jingbian County.The following main conclusions were drawn:1.By using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the first level is comprehensive benefit evaluation,and the second level is economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit,the third level comprehensive benefit evaluation model is composed of 14 evaluation indexes which affect the second level evaluation indexes,such as the annual net output per unit area.2.Each evaluation index adopts the method of expert grading to determine the weight value of influencing factors,and uses Matlab to calculate and verify the weight of each index.3.Referring to the evaluation model of realization degree established by Hu Yantao and Wang Yuan,this paper evaluates the benefit of the project,and calculates the total score of comprehensive benefit of the project is 96.10.The evaluation result of the project is excellent,and the project has better comprehensive benefit.
