| Industry plays a leading role in the national economy,which determines the development speed and level of our economy to some extent.China has entered the era of industrial 4.The development of green economy has become a common expectation of China and other countries to cope with the challenges of resources and environment and realize the sustainable development of economy and society.As an important province of the old industrial base in Northeast China,Liaoning has a large number of industrial enterprises in all regions.At present,the industrial development of Liaoning Province is in a critical period,facing resources shortage,environmental pollution and external competitive pressures.Under these multiple pressures,industries in all regions of Liaoning Province must seek a sustainable and green industrial development road.Therefore,this paper studies the efficiency of industrial green development in various regions of Liaoning Province,accurately measures the impact of industrial green development efficiency and external environmental factors in each region,and selects the correct industrial green development method for each region in Liaoning Province.It is of great significance to develop the corresponding industrial green development policies and policies with the Liaoning Provincial Government and realize the sustainable development of the industry in Liaoning Province.Firstly,based on the current status of research on industrial green development,this paper analyzes the connotation of industrial green development and its efficiency,reviews the related theories of industrial green development,and summarizes the external environmental factors that influence the efficiency of industrial green development,which is a follow-up study for Liaoning.Provincial industrial green development efficiency and external environmental factors have laid a theoretical foundation for its impact.Secondly,the main research methods of industrial efficiency measurement are summarized and the superiority of SBM method in industrial green development efficiency is compared and analyzed.Next,according to the criteria selected by index,we select the input,expected output and undesirable output reasonably.We use CCR model and SBM model to calculate the efficiency of industrial green development in Liaoning province.According to the contrast analysis,the calculated results of the SBM model are more reliable than the traditional CCR model because the unexpected output is considered.Thirdly,the external environmental impact factors of industrial green development efficiency are selected,because the Tobit model requires random variables to conform to normal distribution,so unit root tests are carried out on the influencing factors.Subsequently,according to the identification and inspection of the model,the panel fixed effect Tobit model is constructed,and the influence coefficient of each influencing factor on the industrial green development efficiency is obtained.Based on the extent of its impact,the improvement measures of industrial green development are put forward.On this basis,the main conclusions of this paper are summarized,and the policy suggestions for the green development of industry in Liaoning province are put forward. |
