Study On The Effect Of Regional New Industrialization On China's Green Economic Efficiency

Faced with the economic globalization trend,the new era of rapid development of science and technology,and the challenges of the knowledge economy,informatization,and sustainable development,people have found that only scientific and technological progress can promote the rapid development of the global economy.Humankind is seeking economic development and Welfare also bears the double blow of environmental destruction and resource failure.How to achieve healthy and green development while maintaining stable and rapid economic growth has become the focus of attention of all countries in the world.Therefore,how to quickly improve the level of economic green development and successfully achieve industrial transformation and upgrading become the focus of developing countries to develop a green economy.Technological progress is a nuclear power with long economic growth.The important role of the new industrialization that carries knowledge and technology has been revealed by the modern new industrialization theory.The boosting effect of technological progress on the development of the green economy has been confirmed in the literature as a technology.It is still to be explored whether the new industrialization of new and progressive power will have an impact on the efficiency of green economy.Comprehensive data analysis method,normative analysis and empirical research method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,under the guidance of scientific theories of new industrialization theory,regional economic growth theory,sustainable development theory,selected 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2016 Panel data;this article first measures the new industrialization level composite index,calculates the comprehensive weight of each index according to the method of multiplier synthesis normalization,and obtains a new industrialized comprehensive level index by adopting the simple linear weighting method in the comprehensive scoring method;The level of new-type industrialization in the 30 provinces shows a rising trend.Second,according to the method of entropy weighting,the 30 comprehensive environmental pollution indicators of China are re-measured and the green GDP is calculated based on the formula:green GDP =GDP/environmental pollution index.Taking green GDP as an output indicator,capital(K),labor(L),and technology(T)as input indicators,using the DEA model to be incorporated into MAXDEA software,the green economy efficiency is measured,and it is found that China's 30 provinces have the same green economy efficiency.It also shows an upward trend in volatility.Subsequently,based on the perspective of the new industrialization,the panel Tobit regression model was used to examine the direction and degree of influence of the new industrialization on the green economy efficiency.The empirical study found that the regional new industrialization and green economy efficiency in the sample period showed an overall upward trend of consistent partial fluctuations,which decreased in turn from the east,west,and central regions.The new industrialization factor that is the indirect driving force of technological deployment as a factor configuration and industrial structure is It has an impact on the efficiency of green economy.From the national point of view,the effect of new industrialization on green economy efficiency is significant,and the regional regression results of subregional samples can also be seen as regional differences in impact.The specific conditions are:the industrialization of the middle reaches of the Yellow River,the western region,and the southern coast.The areas that are not high have a significant inhibitory effect;in the eastern and central regions where the level of economic development is relatively high,the impact is positive and obvious.Finally,on the basis of the empirical research results,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the new sustainable development of industrialized green.The first is to accurately identify the differences between different regions to improve the efficiency of green economy.The second is to give play to the "new" advantages,adhere to the development of science and technology,and change the mode of development.Finally,it is necessary to develop new-type industrialization construction according to local conditions and jointly coordinate resources among regions in order to promote sustainable development and narrow the imbalance between regions.
