Performance management is an important part of corporate management,the performance appraisal is the key-point to the performance management process,how to design and establish scientific and effective performance appraisal system,for the scientific and efficient operation of the whole system,improve the management level of enterprise itself and promote long-term development of enterprises to improve the core competition ability plays a very important role.Under the background of the era of economic globalization,the competition of modern commercial bank more and more fierce,a scientific and effective,and can meet the demand of modern commercial bank market competition of the staff performance appraisal system is good to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise,so how to establish such an effective performance appraisal system? This is an urgent task for commercial Banks to consider.After research we found that the performance appraisal system of abroad as the focus of the human resources management has formed a relatively mature and perfect system,due to various historical factors,compared with the current commercial bank performance evaluation system in our country on the whole relatively backward,it is hard to meet the rapid economic and social development,this is also our country commercial bank in the reform of the problem of the human resource management.Rural commercial banks,as a commercial bank developed from rural cooperative financial institutions,have been in the history of more than 70 years in China.They are an important part of China's financial industry,especially for supporting the "three rural" and the development of county economy.With the rapid development of China's economy,the reform of the joint-stock system of rural credit cooperatives has made great achievements in recent years.However,the contradiction between the rural commercial bank business development and rapid management level between the weak is obvious,most of the rural commercial bank corporate governance structure and internal control mechanism is not perfect,especially on the employee performance management is still at a low level,such as the existing performance management system too much emphasis on the assessment of the financial indicators,do not connect with the development bank in the formulation of strategic performance evaluation indicators,to continue before the restructuring of the way of performance appraisal.A scientific and reasonable performance appraisal will encourageemployees to maintain a positive attitude,while backward performance appraisal will inhibit the development of rural commercial banks.Both daily activities and commercial Banks in the market operation,is usually through play a bridge role between the customer and customer manager,customer manager's behavior can influence customer perceptions of commercial Banks which directly affect the efficiency of bank management.This article through to JN Rural Commercial Bank study deeply on the current evaluation methods and combining with 360 degree performance appraisal method,the status of account manager performance evaluation in ignoring the working process of the enterprise long-term development,lack of analysis,evaluation object insufficient participation,to customer satisfaction is not considerate,lack of the analysis of the problems of qualitative index of the assessment.Using the 360-degree performance appraisal method to design the performance appraisal system of the customer manager of JN rural commercial bank,this paper puts forward the implementation plan and guarantee measures of the performance appraisal system.
