| In recent years,the electrical complete equipment manufacturing industry has shown a vigorous development trend,which is due to the basic rigid requirements of electrical complete equipment,thanks to its wide application in many fields.Since 1980,China 's implementation of the policy of reform and opening up,increased investment in economic construction,greatly stimulate the development of the industry;Up to now,with the rapid development of urban infrastructure and electric energy input,the demand for complete sets of electrical equipment in China is also gradually showing the rapid development of blowout.In the emphasis on green,environmental protection,intelligent commodity era,the speed of upgrading and replacement of electrical products,technical performance optimization and upgrading,continuous improvement of production equipment and processing technology,to electrical production enterprises to bring many opportunities and challenges.This paper takes SDDH electric co.ltd as the research object,and comprehensively uses the theoretical knowledge and methods of strategic management and market development strategy as the guidance,and is divided into seven parts for analysis and elaboration.This paper first analyzes the current situation of enterprise market development,and then uses pest analysis method from the political,economic,social and technical aspects of the analysis of the macro environment of SDDH electrical co.ltd.,and uses five forces model to analyze the internal environment,and then comprehensive use of SWOT analysis method to analyze the current internal and external advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.Finally,it is concluded that enterprises should adopt "snowball" market development strategy.Through the market segmentation and positioning of enterprises,according to the overall strategic objectives,respectively,to develop short-term,medium-term and long-term goals.Around the choice of market development strategy,strategic design and optimization were carried out from the company level strategic positioning,management level of market development,customer maintenance,strategic cooperation,functional level of talent pool,brand building and technological innovation,and put forward security measures.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some reference for the market development and enterprise development of SDDH electric co.ltd.and other small and medium-sized enterprises in the same industry. |
