The chioce of competition strategic has a close relationship with the development of the future,especially with the global economic integration in a company.The degree of market competition both at home and abroad is increasing,and the domestic and foreign competitors is becoming more and more.How to achieve your company's profit maximization in the fierce market competition and realize the sustainable development of the company is a important problem faced by companies.And ZXMZ company as a famous switch company in zibo city,how can it expand the domestic and international market and even domestic and foreign markets to bring greater competitive advantage and economic profit for the company?This requires a reasonable ZXMZ competition strategy,which can better expand the market share of the company through effective competition strategy formulation.In view of this,this paper on the basis of comprehensive competition strategy research status at home and abroad,combined with the competitive strategy research trend at home and abroad,with a low cost competition strategy,differentiation competitive strategy,market focus strategy as the theoretical basis,through the ZXMZ basic conditions for the development of the company,such as company development course,organization structure,the company now has a certain marketing force product introduction,ZXMZ basic principles for the development of the company,the company's performance.It can help us know the company's basic situation and further analysis the the company's external environment and internal environment.And in view of what are the problems exist in the process of implementation of competitive strategy for the present ZXMZ company,we also further study the different aspects,for example,ZXMZ switch companies now products is relatively less,ZXMZ switch inadequate in advertising in the implementation of competitive strategy,ZXMZ company human competitive strategy management cost is higher,ZXMZ rivals several aspects,such as unclear and combined with its own problems for the company to carry out the strategy of three different kinds of competition comparative analysis,the feasibility of and the differentiation competitive strategy for ZXMZ switch company provide a basis for the final selection,including product differentiation,information management differentiation differentiation,personnel construction,production differentiation and so on four aspects.And how to specific implementation of the four aspects of differentiation,this paper argues that the main organizational structure from the optimization and adjustment to highlight the implementation of quality control,step product certification to meet the market demand,the transformation of the mode of order passive to active to build inventories,pay attention to customer feedback check differential effect aspects.In addition,we also put forward some advances to better implement differentiation competitive strategy for ZXMZ switch company,such as internal process optimization,improve efficiency,quality improvement,product research and development,the construction of enterprise culture to ensure the implementation of the strategy in place.At the end of the article,the relevant conclusions and prospects are given.
