Under the influence of the rapid development of the social economy,China's transportation infrastructure construction cannot be ignored in the economic development of various regions and plays an important role.Supported by the background of national planning strategies such as the "One Belt,One Road" and "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",China has introduced the application of the PPP financing model,using private capital to ease the financial pressure on the government's transportation infrastructure construction.The country's mixed ownership system has made it possible to diversify the investment entities in the infrastructure.With the support of the national supply-side reform and the mixed ownership economy,the PPP financing method has caused an upsurge of application in China and has had an important impact.In the PPP model,the link between various stakeholders,the cooperation contract,the issue of how to distribute the benefits to core stakeholders,both in theoretical research and in practical operations,affect the possibility of success of the transportation infrastructure construction.However,in the existing literature support,there is a lack of PPP revenue distribution model for transportation infrastructure construction.This is exactly the significance of this study.In this kind of project,what kind of income distribution model can reasonably distribute the income is the main research question in this paper.Based on the relevant theories of PPP model and the distribution of transportation infrastructure revenue at home and abroad,this paper studies the PPP mode of income distribution model for the construction of transportation infrastructure.It is a supplement to the existing theoretical research and also an actual construction project.The income distribution application in China provides a practical reference.In this paper,by sorting out related documents and theories,the core stakeholders are defined.Based on the demonstration of feasibility,a model-building mechanism is established,and a benefit distribution model of stakeholders in the PPP model of traffic infrastructure construction based on the Shapley value method is designed and revised.Then use the X-city rail transit project as a case for application,and correct the model by analyzing the influencing factors.There are three main research findings in this paper:(1)Analyze the core stakeholders of the PPP model of transport infrastructure construction,and consider their interest appeals within the model of income distribution;(2)Compared with other income distribution models,the Shapley value method is more applicable in the traffic infrastructure PPP model,and the original model is modified by constructing the influencing factor mechanism;(3)The X-city rail transit line 2 is the case study object.The actual application of the model has strengthened the feasibility applicability of the method,and obtained the Shapley value model after the four major influencing factors of capital investment proportion,risk sharing degree,innovation contribution degree,and contract implementation degree.It is concluded that this method is more scientific,reasonable,and feasible in the distribution of income in the PPP mode of transport infrastructure construction.
