Research On Food Safety Supervision Mode Of Townships

Food safety is one of the important components of "national security",it is related to people’s health and basic people’s livelihood,its importance is beyond doubt.With the vigorous development of big data,Internet and other high-tech means,"Internet + supervision" has become the direction of the transformation of the supervision methods of government departments because of its characteristics of modernization,convenience and high efficiency.Based on China’s national conditions,with N town as an example,from a practical perspective at the grass-roots level,in order to establish what kind of food safety supervision mode contribution grass-roots experience,from the Angle of model building for the villages and towns to improve the food safety supervision mode,makes every effort to solve the problems existing in the practical work,improve the regulatory efficiency and better serve the public,maintain consumer food safety.Based on N town of tianjin as the research object,this thesis use the comparative analysis,case analysis and interview method,this thesis introduces the food safety related to food safety regulation related theoretical basis,this thesis expounds the since the founding of new China,the historical evolution of China’s food safety regulation,through the analysis of the current food safety supervision situation in N town,the advantages and disadvantages of the current supervision model and the existing problems are found,and the experience is learned from the food safety supervision model constructed by the Internet means at home and abroad,and the experience and lessons are summarized to establish universality for the towns and towns of our country.This thesis uses game theory to analyze the multi-agent dynamic game relationship among government regulatory agencies,food producers and operators,and the public,and draws a "Internet + social co-governance" township food safety supervision model,and compares the current food safety supervision model Optimize suggestions for improvement: promote the joint supervision of multiple entities,formulate standardized supervision tasks,optimize the supervision information service platform,establish a scientific assessment mechanism,etc.,in order to provide more ideas for the optimization of the supervision model of villages and towns in my country.
