With the development of modern economy, the purchasing power of market is increasing, and the competition of enterprises is increasingly fierce.Innovation has become an essential weapon for enterprises to win in the market. In order to win the competitive market, enterprises must effectively enhance their product quality and production efficiency and reduce their production cost.Under the knowledge spillover effect, the technological progress of enterprises is not limited to their own investment research and development activities, and it has become a common phenomenon to enhance their own technology by absorbing the knowledge of external space overflow. However,it is not spontaneous to improve the technological level of the enterprise through knowledge spillover, and the knowledge absorbing party needs to have certain knowledge utilization ability. Therefore, the spillover effect of knowledge is one of the reasons why some enterprises refuse to innovate independently and enjoy the convenience of "hitchhiking".Based on the Stackelberg game model, this paper studies the innovation activities of the upstream and downstream enterprises in the two-level supply chain. The results show that under the knowledge spillover effect, when any enterprise in the supply chain is innovated and developed, other enterprises can reduce the unit cost by absorbing the overflow knowledge, and improve the profit of the enterprise. When knowledge spillover coefficient is bigger, enterprises can absorb more research and development achievements from other enterprises. In the case of complete knowledge sharing, the profit of the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain reaches the maximum. No matter under the knowledge spillover effect or the knowledge sharing situation, when the enterprise's knowledge utilization is bigger, the enterprise can obtain the bigger research achievement from the external. With the increase of the investment of innovation research and development, the profits of enterprises will gradually increase.Meanwhile, there is a diminishing marginal benefit relationship between the investment of innovation research and development and the enterprise profits. Finally, the paper puts forward the profit coordination of supply chain cooperative innovation, which not only makes the supply chain cooperation stabilize but also arouse the enthusiasm of the enterprise to the innovation investment.According to the research conclusion, the following suggestions are put forward for the cooperative innovation activities of supply chain enterprises: 1.The upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain should make full use of the advantages of the cooperation and innovation of the supply chain, avoid the restrictions of the spillover and share the knowledge, make the enterprise cooperate innovation research and development result benefit maximization;2.Enterprises should improve the knowledge utilization, make the knowledge sharing more efficient, better effect;3.Through the application of supply chain cooperation and innovation of profit distribution adjustment, the profits of enterprises are linked to the contribution of cooperation, and the enterprises will be encouraged to invest more in cooperation and make full use of the advantages of cooperative innovation;4.The supply chain service platform should objectively evaluate the improvement of the operating efficiency of the platform for enterprises, make reasonable pricing and enter the market;5.When the pricing of the supply chain service platform is reasonable, the supply chain enterprises should make full use of the operating efficiency of the platform to improve their advantages and maximize the profits of the enterprises.
