The field of innovation and interdisciplinary has received strongly promote and support from government,China has made great achievements in many key areas,and great contributions to the world's scientific research.Innovation-driven has become the label of economic transition in china's new epoch.Wang Gang,minister of science and technology,affirms the influence of China's science and technology,and it is also proposes that the original innovation capability is the short board of basic research,and how to improve the original innovation capability is still a major issue in the development of science and technology in China.Under good innovation environment in the country,how to improve the innovation strength and realize the transformation of scientific research results is also a difficult problem in the development of enterprises.Knowledge is an important resource for enterprises to conduct technological innovation.Reasonable acquisition,utilization and allocation of knowledge resources will help enterprises to achieve innovation and form their own competitive advantages.The impact of knowledge network on innovation in enterprises is one of the hotspots in the field of innovation management.However,the existing research is less involved in the embeddedness of dual knowledge network,and the relationship between the structure characteristics of the dual knowledge network and firms' dual-innovation has not been clear.Based on the technological innovation theory,social network analysis theory,resource-based theory and the dynamic capability theory,this paper discusses the impact of dual knowledge network structural hole on enterprise dualistic innovation,and analyzes the moderating role of organizational slack and openness.This paper selects patent panel data from 2005-2015 of 84 listed companies as research samples,adopts negative binomial regression model,and achieves the following conclusions: internal knowledge network structural hole has a great positive influence on exploitative innovation performance and external knowledge network structural hole has a great positive influence on exploratory innovation performance;organizational slack positively moderates the relationship between internal knowledge network structural hole and exploitative innovation;openness positively moderates the relationship between external knowledge network structural hole and exploratory innovation.Based on the above conclusions,this paper suggests that according to the basic characteristics of their own knowledge,enterprises should choose independent innovation or collaborative innovation model according to the basic characteristics of their own knowledge,or optimize the internal and external knowledge network under the guidance of the existing innovation strategy;and accumulate redundant resources to provide a buffer for adapting to internal adjustment or external environment change,carrying out open innovation and promoting dual-innovation.This paper reveals the mechanism of dual knowledge network structural hole on the performance of dualistic innovation,enriching and developing the theoretical research of existing knowledge network.The results also provide managerial implications for enterprises to optimize knowledge network structure,make effective configuration of knowledge resources,and further improve the innovation performance.
