At present, China’s economic developed into the New Normal, technology innovation has become the key for enterprises to grasp the opportunities, improve core competitiveness and obtain good performance. Domestic enterprises not only need to make full use of existing technology to ensure a stable income, but also need to explore new technologies and capabilities to meet the requirements of the future competition. Enterprises are faced with choosing to consolidate the existing technology or develop new technologies. It has become the focus of academic research that enterprise how to weigh exploitative technology innovation and exploratory technology innovation. Academic developed the Ambidexterity theory and proposed the concept of Ambidexterity Technology Innovation. So far, domestic and foreign research explore the influence factors of technological innovation and Ambidexterity Technology Innovation affecting performance from the aspect of the organization’s internal, rarely combined the internal and external organization level. And the relationship between Ambidexterity Technology Innovation and performance has always been a different conclusion. So, the microscopic mechanism and performance of Ambidexterity Technology Innovation remains to be further discussed.In order to further explore the influencing mechanism and performance of the Ambidexterity Technology Innovation, this study establishes empirical study of organizational inertia, network position and Ambidexterity Technology Innovation on the basis of combing related literature, research. Based on existing literature, this study divided Ambidexterity Technology Innovation into two dimensions: Exploitative Innovation and Exploratory Innovation, and divided organizational inertia into two dimensions: resource rigidity and routine rigidity, constructs a theoretical framework about organizational inertia, network position and Ambidexterity Technology Innovation and puts forward the hypothesis of this study.This study adopts questionnaire survey, statistical analysis to test the theoretical model and research hypothesis. Based on existing literature, designed questionnaire, choose manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong area as the research object and conducted a questionnaire investigation. Then we use the statistical software to analyze the effective sample data, including reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Research results show that:(1) Resource rigidity shows positive relation with Exploitative Innovation and negative relation with Exploratory Innovation;(2)Routine rigidity shows positive relation with Exploitative Innovation and negative relation with Exploratory Innovation;(3)The network position plays a negative regulatory role on the relationship between resource rigidity and Exploitative Innovation, resource rigidity and Exploratory Innovation,routine rigidity and Exploitative Innovation.
