Research On The Land Use Planning Environment Impact Assessment Based On DPSIR-FUZZY Model

The land use planning environmental impact assessment is an assessment of the impact on the environment during the process of land resource utilization type and structure arrangement and adjustment.It analyzes and predicts the possible environmental impacts of the planning,and proposes countermeasures for targeted measures to achieve environmental protection.The important measures for sustainable development of society and society can improve the intensive use of land resources and maintain the balance and stability of the ecosystem.Based on the analysis of the research on land use planning environmental assessment at home and abroad,this paper takes Wu Ning County as an example to carry out the environmental impact assessment of the Wu Ning County Land Use Master Plan(2006-2020).The implementation of the ecological environment,current land use,and overall land use planning in Wu Ning County was analyzed.Five indicator groups were constructed as criteria layers in five areas,and 25 sub-evaluation indicators were used as target layers.The AHP method was used to determine each level progressively.The indicator layer weights,constructs the evaluation index system of the DPSIR model,combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the DPSIR-FUZZY model of the environmental impact of the overall land use planning method,and applies it to the comprehensive evaluation of environmental impact of the overall land use planning in Wu Ning County.The evaluation results show that the original land use planning in Wu Ning County has a three-level environmental impact assessment result,and the planned environmental impact assessment result is one level after adjustment.It shows that the implementation of the original planning scheme has had a certain impact on the environment.The original land use arrangement cannot fully coordinate the relationship between economic development and environmental protection.It also shows that the well-planned planning can effectively standardize the order of land use,promote the use of intensive conservation of land resources,ensure the demand for land for economic construction,and at the same time effectively protect the ecological environment and realize economic,social and ecological benefits.The unity of the people.Land Use Planning Environmental Impact Assessment is a systematic project involving many disciplines.There are many factors involved,and there are many fields and limitations in my academic level.There are still some deficiencies in the paper.There is no comprehensive analysis and planning environment for the project.Influences Put forward specific mitigation plans.In the future learning and research,it is necessary to strengthen real-time follow-up research on the environmental impacts of the planning implementation process,and propose time-effective countermeasures or plans for land use planning improvement.DPSIR-FUZZY model is a combination of qualitative and quantitative fuzzy reasoning method,which reflects the combination of the accuracy and inaccuracy of the analysis process,and it well reflects the fuzzy uncertainty of the planning implementation process,with a view to the land Using the master plan environmental impact assessment study to provide some new ideas...
