With the development of e-commerce and network communication technology, people are increasingly inclined to online shopping. As of February 2015 China’s online shopping users reached 413 million, representing an increase of 5183 million by the end of 2014. People increasingly prefer online shopping this way of life.People increasingly prefer online shopping this way of life. Research show that by 2016- The 2017 China’s online shopping market transactions will reach 4 trillion. While the network market is accompanied by booming a lot of problems need to be solved. Trade disputes, service, logistics and distribution, etc. Whatever the problem, so that customer satisfaction is not high, including logistics services to customer satisfaction have a greater impact. According to "2013 China online shopping consumer satisfaction survey report" shows that consumers believe a good shopping experience, logistics service quality is accounted for 51.59%.Previous research logistics services mainly to the online questionnaire for the data source, but the online questionnaire has an operation difficult and authenticity, accuracy can not be guaranteed and so on. Therefore, to solve the above problems, it will evaluate the network as a data source, explore the impact of the electricity supplier logistics service quality to customer satisfaction. Different specific logistics mode, what is the difference logistics factors influence the quality of logistics services, and then come to the impact of logistics model of logistics service quality. By further comparison of different types of merchandise, customer demand difference logistics services, and for different types of goods, proposed targeted differentiated logistics services.The main contents are as follows:(1) This article from the following aspects to prove the network for the study of customer satisfaction evaluation is feasible. In this paper, a comprehensive network evaluation model, the huge amount of data, rich content and network evaluation of authenticity to prove these aspects of customer satisfaction research network evaluation it is feasible. Therefore, this paper evaluate the network as a data acquisition source to study the effects of logistics service quality to customer satisfaction.(2) This paper uses data ripping software to get the network Dangdang Jingdong Mall and evaluation data. In this paper, Meta Seeker fetch data,, CAS segmentation tool to extract the Jingdong Mall and Dangdang 17 high-frequency keywords, as an important factor in this article affect customer satisfaction. In order to facilitate later detailed study evaluated according to the network, this paper were selected Jingdong Mall books, home appliances, home improvement category, digital all 300 comments and Dangdang books class 900 reviews data for further study.(3) The use of four graph model of logistics service quality and Dangdang Jingdong Mall on macro analysis. Were calculated Jingdong Mall and Dangdang logistics important factors and satisfaction, the horizontal axis corresponds to the logistics satisfaction ranking factors, the corresponding ordinate logistics factors important ranking, the final result is reflected in the four FIG. This can be drawn Jingdong Mall and Dangdang high importance and low satisfaction factors, need to focus on improvement.(4) Based on the evaluation data network to build the regression model, using SPSS software to solve this model. Based on Jingdong Mall and Dangdang comment data to establish a review- Factors matrix. Construction of regression models based on the factors and matrix using SPSS software to solve this, drawn from Jingdong Mall and Dangdang scores logistics service quality, the final results showed that Jingdong Mall and Dangdang on logistics service quality there are differences- in a review sex. At the same time to give the consumer the treatment of different types of goods, logistics treat the degree of attention is not the same. Books consumer commodities emphasis was 0.608, four types of goods is the highest. Followed by household appliances and home improvement category. Minimum consumer digital products to treat logistics degree of attention, only a third of the book commodity degree of attention 0.210. Consumers treat different types of commodities under the degree of attention not only to treat the stream is different, and each stream impact factors for different types of goods is not the same.
