With the rapid development of tourism industry,it becomes an intensely competitive business accompanied by some issues From the microcosmic angle of view,enterprises try to improve service quality in order to obtain higher satisfaction and stimulate tourist revisit intention.As a fact,spending lots of manpower and wealth,the number of revisit doesn' t match their expectation.At macroscopic angle of view,the homogeneity phenomenon of the tourism products and service is comparatively serious,and the phenomenon of substitution is also very common.In view of this,a case study of Changsha leisure agri-tourism was addressed and 340 residents who live in Yuelu district,Tianxin district,Kaifu district,Yuhua district,Furong district were taken as the research object.With SPSS,AMOS and ArcGIS,this article uses the mathematical statistics,EFA,reliability and validity test,correlation analysis,SEM and spatial analysis to examine the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of site substitution intention.In theory,in order to expand the field of tourist destination choice behavior intention and enrich research results.In practice,in order to help site spots or areas to update their products and service,and properly distribute site spots and areas,sustain the development of tourism destination.We found that the novelty motivation has a significant positive effect on site substitution intention;knowledge,socialization and relaxation motivations are not important for explaining site substitution;place identity,place dependence both have a negative relationship with site substitution;place attachment has a negative relationship with site substitution;satisfaction is a partial mediator between place attachment and site substitution intention;satisfaction is positively related tco site substitution;combined with the questionnaire and Changsha star leisure manors' spatial distribution,the hot area of site substitution intention is mainly distributed in the range of 15 to 30km.According to the results,to optimize the tourism industry,this article put forward the corresponding management proposals,points out the lack of research and the future research direction.
