In recent years,there has been an upsurge of "mass entrepreneurship" in China,and entrepreneurial enterprises have become new hot spots in economic development.Many entrepreneurial enterprises have risen at a rapid rate,but they are also often faced with a crisis of collapse.The characteristics of high growth and high risk are destined for entrepreneurial enterprises to face enormous pressure in the fierce market competition.Entrepreneurial enterprises use human capital and intellectual capital as their core resources.The importance of core employees to their development is self-evident.Most entrepreneurial companies choose to implement stock option incentives so that core employees can maintain long-term work enthusiasm.Scholars at home and abroad study stock option incentives mostly for high-level management of enterprises;this paper innovatively takes the core employees of entrepreneurial enterprises as the research object,and selects entrepreneurial enterprises that implement stock option incentives for core employees from 2009 to 2014 as a sample.The study of stock option incentives has a significant effect on firm performance.This article uses statistical software SPSS24.0,through descriptive analysis,analysis of variance,correlation and regression analysis and other empirical methods to study the relationship between stock option incentives and corporate performance of core employees in China's entrepreneurial enterprises.Through longitudinal comparison of sample performance indicators of sample companies before and after implementation of the stock option incentive plan,it was found that sample companies have significantly improved corporate performance after implementation of stock option incentives;through horizontal comparison of sample companies and entrepreneurial enterprise performance indicators without implementation of stock option incentives,they found that There is no significant difference between the two;through the regression analysis of the impact of specific factors in the stock option incentive program on the sample company's performance,it was found that only the total number of grantees and the premium of the stock option exercise had an impact on the company's performance.In summary,according to the empirical analysis,China's entrepreneurial enterprises have poor incentives for stock options for core employees.The author proposes ways to improve incentives through scientific identification of core employees and reasonable provision of incentive factors.
