The core employees are indispensable in both human resources and forerunners of creating enterprise revenue.It is not only difficult for the management of corporation's human resources but also crucial for its increasing growth to learn how to advance the core employees effectively to have parts in lowering their quit rate in the course of the production and operation of the company.Therefore,a legitimate set of incentive system should be made to indicate its great importance.The incentives are the core and key to manage the works of human resources,for an effective incentive mechanism could lead the function of human resources do more with less.It is concluded that it is of greatly strategical significance for the company to avoid brain drain on the basis of forming a set of effective incentive system.The author based on Z enterprise as objectives expounds the background of the research,purpose,significance,related theories and current situations that the academia have studied the incentive mechanismof core employees firstly.Next,based on the perspective of the core employees of Z enterprise,the author comes to realize there were shortcomings in its incentive mechanism such as earning,assessment,training,promotion and so on.The problems are displayed in the followings respectively.The earnings are low in the lack of equities,the assessment gives a priority in its formal instead of its results,the training is absent from indivisualized implement,and the access to promotion is narrow.Finally,according to the practical conditions of the corporate and the demands of core employees,those who put forward the optimum measures in the incentives of earnings,assessment,training,promotion,and guarantee through the analytic ways of combining the theory with practice.Meanwhile,those who must integrate them effectively with the incentive measures at the same time to play a garthering part in the building of a reasonable set of individualized incentive mechanism of core employees.Finally,the great anticipations of theorical research in the incentive mechanism of core employees could be put into practice and well developed gradually and offer object lesson and assist for the same type of corporation.
