The power industry as the national basic industries,enterprise's development influences the national economy and people's livelihood.After power system reform,power enterprises especially the power supply enterprise still maintains its position as the monopoly of the market.As market economic system reform continue in the future environment and the reform of commo n social situation,plus the financial crisis and even the economic crisis continues the future,the development prospects of the electric power enterprise have a lot of uncertainty.To improve the electric power enterprise's core competitiveness,talent team construction and human resource management is particularly important to choose a scientific and reasonable human resource performance assessment tools and methods has become an important means of strengthening human resources management.The thesis is to study the current status of power supply enterprise performance evaluation of human resources,and to analysis the problems arising from the evaluation process,summarized the characteristics of the performance evaluation of the power supply enterprise human resources,and to guide the power of the human resources performance management as the research basis,building is suitable for power supply enterprise human resource performance evaluation model,put forward a complete set of performance evaluation index system,and use the level analytic method and TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method for performance evaluation.Thesis respectively from the six aspects of power supply enterprise human resource performance evaluation model are studied,among them,the first part of the thesis research background and significance are expounded,and the research status at home and abroad in the field of human resource performance evaluation are introduced;The second part of the current problems existing in the performance evaluation of power supply enterprise human resources has carried on the induction summary,and put forward the human resources performance management scheme of Xilin Gol power supply enterprise,as the research basis;The third part put forward the more commonly used human resources performance evaluation method,these methods as constructing the theoretical basis of human resource performance evaluation model;The fourth part through the analysis of the evaluation index,the construction of human resource performance evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model;The fifth part adopts the method of empirical analysis on performance evaluation of the proposed model is verified.The sixth part is the paper finishing of all research work,and put forward the relevant conclusions and recommendations.
