Project Informatization Management Maturity Research

With the development of computer technology,network technology and information technology,China has gradually entered the information age,and enterprise informatization has become the focus of the development of national economy.Project construction is a complicated project with large workload,high staff and labor intensity.Project construction in order to survive in the fierce society,is urgently needed in the process of engineering project management using advanced information technology to improve the level of the utilization and management of information resources,promote the development and improvement of the project.In order to avoid blind for information management system of engineering project construction,the enterprise needs to establish a set of complete evaluation system to guide the construction of information management of the project,the scientific nature and rationality of invest,make the enterprise of input and output effect is best.The author chooses the term "maturity" to assess the degree of information management construction.In this paper,the research object is the engineering project informationization management,taking anhui province as an example.The author of the study objects,launched a series of work,according to current situation of the informatized management of the project,the author refer to the relevant data and documents,at the same time the method.the CMM model,build an engineering project management maturity model,has also established the corresponding evaluation index system of informatization project management maturity,calculation rules and the score range.In this paper,we use the Delphi method to judge the importance of the index and calculate the weight of each index by Yaahp software.Represented in this paper,we selected 16 proj ect in anhui pro vince,the 16 samples of informatization proj ect management maturity has carried on the preliminary judgment,set up information management system of engineering project in anhui province after maturity evaluation index system,information management of the 16 project survey score,averaging finally,get the comprehensive evaluation score.The comprehensive evaluation score and the score interval are compared,and the current grade of anhui project information management is obtained.Through the analysis of the maturity level,we not only can be validated preliminary judgment of the before,at the same time that the current situation of information management in construction project in anhui province and the insufficiency,pointed out the next step developing direction for the construction of its information management.
