Study On The Problem Of Rural Tourism Community Governance In Dongyuan County

With the rapid development of rural tourism under the promotion of the huge market potential,due to the rich tourism resources and the broad prospect of tourism development in Dongyuan County,rural tourism is regarded as a new type of cross-type industry combining agriculture and tourism.Rural tourism has gradually become the hot and focus of tourism.Rural tourism can be used as an innovative model to promote the construction of a new socialist countryside.However,the resource system of rural tourism destination is diverse,involving multi-subject stakeholders,so in the process of vigorous development,a series of deep-seated problems gradually appear,which limits the sustainable development of rural tourism.Only by giving full play to the functions and roles of various stakeholders in the development of rural tourism and promoting the good interaction of multiple relations among stakeholders can we achieve common development.Therefore,the construction of a reasonable and optimized multi-center governance of rural tourism communities to achieve a win-win situation between rural construction and tourism development has become a major proposition that contributes to the overall planning and harmonious development of urban and rural areas.In this study,two typical rural tourist spots in Dongyuan County were selected as the research objectives.This paper analyzes the background,governance model and existing problems of Sujiawei Hakka rural tourism area and Nanyuan ancient village tourism area as a case,and obtains the present situation of “single center” governance of rural tourism community in Dongyuan County,and then combines the literature analysis method.Define the core stakeholders of the rural tourism community,determine the target objects of the investigation and research,design the corresponding questionnaire survey,and carry out quantitative research on the core stakeholders.Obtain the rural tourism core stakeholders' demand data to analyze,get their main interest demands.And combined with the previous governance situation,we can get the deep internal reasons of single-center governance for the construction of rural tourism community multi-center governance to provide the feasibility of the basis.Finally,according to the investigation and research of the main body of the core interests of the rural tourism community in Dongyuan County,the role of each core stakeholder in the governance of the tourism community is targeted,and then a multi-center approach is proposed to build a balanced interest in the rural tourism community.Government departments should give full play to their guiding role,community residents and tourism enterprises should actively participate in governance,and tourists should embody their social constraints.In order to meet the interests of all parties to the greatest extent,the core stakeholders should form a situation of close integration of top-down and bottom-up power dimensions and coordinated supervision of each other in order to best meet the interests of all parties,and promote the sustainable development and management mechanism of rural tourism community.From the perspective of stakeholders' demands.Delve into the relationship between rural tourism stakeholders,set up a scientific and reasonable rural tourism community polycentric governance mode,so as to promote the rapid development of the dongyuan county rural tourism to provide the reference and inspiration.
