Since 1844,the establishment of the British Luo Dyer fair pioneer society,to the establishment of the international agricultural cooperatives in 1951,since the development of agricultural cooperatives into a new period of development.And since 2007 China promulgated the "law" of People's Republic of China farmers' professional cooperatives,agricultural cooperatives has entered a period of rapid development,the rapid growth in the number of farmers' cooperatives,cooperatives continue to increase,rising output value.To improve the living standards of rural residents in China,made an indispensable contribution.Individual performance will not only affect the economic status of individual members,but also affect the organizational performance of cooperatives.Therefore,how to improve the individual performance is worth studying.The biggest demand of the members to join the society is to get the support of cooperatives,so as to improve the performance of individual economy.Cooperative structure is extremely flat,mostly "structure of a Council and many members of the middle level,the lack of communication,members of the Council and members of the cooperative quality greatly affects the degree of support cooperative member perception,and then influence the individual performance.Therefore,the main theory of this research is that between members and leading members of cooperatives Management Exchange will affect members of the cooperatives support perception and thus have an impact on the performance of individual members,including its economic performance and job performance.Because of the different cooperative in its normative,reflects the different degree of support of cooperatives or cooperatives,support for members;therefore,we also believe that normative cooperatives can serve as an intermediary between the cooperative support and members of the individual performance variables.This study will be based on the survey data of 241 cooperatives members,using multiple regression model to verify the theoretical assumptions.The conclusions of this study can be used as a guide for the management of cooperatives,which can help to improve the individual performance of the members by improving the quality of exchange.At the same time,this research also has certain theoretical significance: first,on the domestic leader member exchange effect on perceived organizational support proved less,this study enriches the exploration in this area;second,few scholars have also explored the perceived organizational support influence on individual economic performance and individual performance;third,few scholars perceived organizational support for research on the special organization of cooperatives under the background of the special attribute of cooperative decision,members of the organization support perception of individual performance should be greater than the effect of perceived organizational support on employee individual performance.The results of this study show that: first,cooperative support for cooperative individual performance has played a positive effect,especially in influence on the task performance of members,members felt from the cooperative attention and concern,more willing to produce dedication to the idea of cooperatives.Second.The improvement of cooperatives' standardization has a positive impact on the individual performance of cooperative members and the improvement of the quality of cooperative support.Third,the study found that the individual conditions of cooperative members had no significant effect on the individual performance of the members.The study on the development of cooperatives cooperatives need to put forward the following suggestions to improve management,improve the level of management,and strengthen the communication between members,more attention to life and psychological state of members.At the same time,the government should formulate regulations to regulate the development of cooperatives,so that members can truly share the fruits of the development of cooperatives,and focus on the coordinated development of production and the environment,ecology.
