With the the After-80s and 90s generation entering the workplace and become the main force of the workplace,as well as the national two-child policy,a large part of the workplace staff need to take care of the elderly and children. They need to bear family responsibilities.There will be work and family needs in conflict, the two domains can not be coordinated.In order to alleviate the work of the family conflict, many companies to develop some corresponding "family-policies" .In order to be able to play the value of the"family policy" developed by the enterprise, a family-supported supervisor is needed to help the staff to coordinate the work and the needs of the family.Family-supported supervisors, as an important supportive resource, have a profound impact on employee attitudes and behaviors.Organizational atmosphere is a concept of organizational level, is the common sense of the members of the "psychological atmosphere".Past research shows that a good organizational atmosphere can positively affect the attitude and behavior of employees. So to create a positive and harmonious atmosphere of the organization for enterprises is useful to retain good talent, the sustainable development of enterprises is of great significance.The existing FSSB research focuses more on the impact on individual,but less on the organizational level.In addition, studies have shown that leadership will have an organizational climate, but does not involve FSSB.Therefore, the relationship between family-supported supervisor behavior and organizational atmosphere lacks an in-depth study.Based on the above, this paper chooses the way of double case study to explore the relationship between FSSB and organizational atmosphere and its mechanism.Case studies can vividly reproduce the situation,deep into a particular context hidden under the complex relationship.Compared to the single case study,the double case study can enhance the accuracy, authenticity and stability of the study. Therefore, in order to improve the external validity of the research conclusion and the reproducibility of the case, the two enterprises of the Chinese education and training industry were selected to carry on the homogeneous double case comparison study,to explore the family support behavior led to the corresponding staff awareness and attitude, and then act on the organization of the atmosphere process.The size, nature and industry status of the two enterprises are basically similar,and they have a good performance in the family support management practice.In order to improve the validity of the analysis, CQR research methods were used to encode and analyze the interview data.By a number of doctoral and master students involved in the data analysis process, effectively reduce the subjectivity of coding results.The results show that family-supported supervisors will positively affect the support of employees, and because employees will be the executive as the "agent",the staff will also have a sense of organizational support and organizational support .The"personal perception" of employees is influenced by the process of social information processing and the enlargement process to the whole organization level to form the"general perception" and have a corresponding influence on the organization atmosphere.In addition, a good organizational atmosphere will have a certain impact on the implementation of family-supported supervisors.
